Brick Setting Machine Completes Whole Brick Setting Process Automatically

The brick setting machine is an automatic brick setting machine used for setting the grouped bricks onto the kiln car for the first and second brick setting of tunnel kiln. Bricks can be set in vertical setting or horizontal setting in accordance with brick dimension, size of kiln car and customer’s requirements.

On the grouping frame, there are transverse transfer part, vertical grouping part and adobe pinch separation part. The vertical grouping part is set at the end of the transverse transfer part, which include horizontal and vertical belt, roller and two independent drive parts. The operation of the transverse belt is controlled by the limit switch, the longitudinal conveyor belt is controlled by a rotary encoder.

The pinch part is composed of cross frame, lifting frame, splint group, guide posts, lift cylinder, adobe separation cylinder, moving cylinder. Thare are scroll wheel on both sides of crossframe, the mobile cylinder moves back and forth along the guide slot on the rack; the lift cylinder make lifting frame to do lifting movement in the transverse frame; splint group is fixed to the lifting frame guided by two guide columns and seat;

Each splint group has two splints: a fixed clamp/splint and another piece of clamp can slide up and down along two sliders fixed to the splint seat of splint group, among which there is a cylinder. On the CNC brick setting machine frame, there are two walking guide rail connected by bolts. Walking and lifting frame includes a walking frame, lifting frame, counterweight frame, weights, square guide posts, guide roller set, reels group with heavy, lifting power and lifting reel group.

Walking frame is driven by a helical gear reducer with brake motor, drive wheel on both sides move back and forth on the frame of brick setting machine and controlled by inverter; lifting frame is driven by a worm reducer; drive shaft and driven shaft is driven by double roller chain, up and down moving can be achieved by counterweight reel group, improve power and improve reels group. Double roller chain having one end connected with the counterweight, and the other end is fixed to the elevation frame. Beside the chain, there is steel rope for security purpose; square pillar is connect to the lifting frame; the rotating mechanism includes circular turntable, connecting blocks, rollers, roller, fixed jacket, rotating shaft, bearing sets and rotary power part.

The auto bricks setting machine is characterized by hydraulic lift, electrical control and full automatic brick setting. The automatic brick setting machine consists of walking car, chuck, brick separation platform, lifting guide pillar, rail, hydraulic system and electrical system,etc. It completes the whole brick setting process automatically, and all the moves are operated by electrical control.
