Shuangyashan established a twice brick setting production line in GAzipur area, Bangladesh, which has capacity of 80,000 bricks per day. This production line includes brick extruder, brick shelf loading system, drying chamber and tunnel kiln. The brick extruder is applicable to make all kinds of hollow bricks. Raw material applied can be coal gangue, fly ash, shale, clay, etc.

The brick extruder is with advanced technology and employed to produce all kinds of sintered solid and hollow bricks and the raw material can be shale, coal gangue, fly ash, clay and other raw materials. The brick materials are required to have reasonable size distribution, uniform moisture and low plasticity.

The main frames of the brick extruder are made of high-quality steel and have the features of low cost, reliable performance, rational structure, durable, strong adaptability, easy to operate, low energy consumption, high capacity, long service life and easy to maintain, etc. It is especially suitable for Bangladesh.
