Soft mud brick making technology adopts unique mould chain presses, producing sintered bricks as material of river silt of ditch, coal ash from power plant, etc. Shuangyashan has introduced soft mud brick making technology. 

Features and advantages of soft mud brick making technology:
1. It can settle the raw material with high sand rate (sand content is 40%) or high water rate (water content is 30%).
2. In favor of using wastes such as coal ash from power plant, industrial waste and construction rubbish.
3. High adaptability for the raw material.
4. The technology is simple and low energy consumption.
5. The coefficient of shrinkage of wet brick is small, easy to dry and burn, and not easy to blowout and deformation, has a high-yield.
6. The finished bricks have good quality and high endurance quality.
7. The finished bricks have a good using function (with high adjust of ventilation property, water-retaining property, breathing, temperature and humidity, it can improve and enhance the living environment.

Material demands on soft mud:
1. Water content of dry basis: 22%-30%
2. Sand content: 26%-45% (above 45% is ok)
3. Particle content of bigger than 63 micron: 30%, it is also ok if more than 30%, but will effect other technical parameters.

The technology flow of soft mud brick making:
Excavating soil--raw material preparing--molding--pallet transporting--drying--pallet transporting--dried bricks stacking--kiln cars grouping--burning--finished bricks out of kiln.
