PLC Automatic Control Brick Tunnel Kiln

The brick tunnel kiln is for firing brick and tile both. The brick tunnel kiln can ostensibly run on a variety of fuels, including: natural gas, desel, coal and wood chips. The brick tunnel kiln is running under automatic control by computer with the fire curve in advance.

The tunnel kiln is the key equipment for brick firing and fuel for firing can be heavy oil, diesel, natural gas or coal. The PLC system can adjust kiln temperature, match ratio of fuel and air and control kiln pressure in accordance with heating curve to keep good quality of bricks. The firing kiln system has characteristics of safety, energy-saving and environment protection.

The brick setting, stacking and unloading are carried out outside the tunnel kiln, which makes good working condition for workers. Tunnel kiln is a firing kiln and the temperature of kiln walls and roof is constant with stable heat source.
