Mozambique Ambassador Inspected Sintered Brick Production Line Project

Shuangyashan Oriental Wall Material Group Co., Ltd was established in 1968 and engaged in supplying whole set of fired brick making machine from raw material preparation, extruder, cutter, brick setting machine, to kiln cars running system.

After more than 40 years development and innovation, now it can serve customers with full service and is capable of ensuring the success of customers. Raw material of bricks can be clay, gangue, fly ash and shale. We also provide tunnel kiln construction for customers.

On March 10, 2015, Mozambique ambassador came to Shuangyashan Oriental Wall Material Group Co., Ltd to inspect the Mozambique sintered brick production line construction project. Our managers and engineers introduced our sintered brick production line to him and discussed the project.
 

The whole equipments in sintered brick production line:
---Raw materials treating equipment: purifying machines, mutual roller machines, disintegrators, collergangs, vacuum mud machines
--- Shaping equipment: JZK series vacuum brick-squeezing machines, automatic slit cutting machines, and automatic brick cutting machines
--- Automatic shelf loading/unloading system, turning, loading and transporting equipment
--- Bricks placing machines
--- Kiln car operate and automatic control system.
2) Kiln and stove manufacturing:
--- Dry kilns
--- Tunnel kilns and annular kilns
3) Facing bricks:
--- Square bricks
--- Supporting bricks
--- Thin slice supporting bricks:
4) Ordinary supporting bricks, non-supporting bricks.

Especially when Mozambique ambassador knew  the coal gangue can be as raw materials for the production of sintered brick, he was excited. He said the project in mozambique can adopt coal gangue as raw material to produce high quality sintered brick, in that way not only solved the problem of coal gangue of mozambique takes up a lot of space, also save the energy.

Mozambique ambassador said he believed Shuangyashan Oriental Wall Material Group Co., Ltd. and looking forward Shuangyashan Oriental Wall Material Group Co.,Ltd.  to establish a mature, high quality brick production line in mozambique to establish a mature. He was looking forward the cooperation.
