Raw Material Analysis for Brick Machine

There are two kinds of raw material for brick making: clay and sand. The samples of them provided by buyer after testing in China have already been proved to be suitable for making bricks. Detailed raw material test report see Annex 9.

Final Analysis Conclusion of Brick Machine Raw Material:

1. The molding performance is strongly influenced by the plasticity of raw material. From the above date in the table, the index of 2 types of clay plasticity is more than 7 but less than 15, therefore it is the middle plasticity raw material of brick machine and suitable for making bricks.

2. For the drying performance, the coefficient of drying sensitivity is less than 1, which means it is the low sensitivity material. When drying, it will be not easy to show cracks and allow the fast drying method.
