Shale is the main raw material for shale brick machine. However, there are many different kinds of shale. According to the causes, shale can be divided into magmatic rocks (or igneous), sedimentary rocks (or sedimentary rocks) and metamorphic rocks. The raw material for sintered bricks produced by shale vacuum brick machine is sedimentary rocks. Although the weight of sedimentary rocks is only 5% of the earth's crust, they are distributing in the earth's crust surface area, and the percent is 75%. Therefore, sedimentary rocks are an important rock as the raw material of making bricks.

Shuangyashan shale brick machine is a two-stage vacuum brick strips forming and extruding machine which is mainly used to make shale strips that can be cut into green bricks by strip cutter in the next step. It is fully automatic controlled by pneumatic or electric clutch. The reduce surface is hardened so as to prolong machine service life and make enough pressure.
