Full-automatic Setting System Clay Brick Tunnel Kiln

The tunnel kiln is the key equipment for brick firing and fuel for firing can be heavy oil, diesel, natural gas or coal. The brick setting, stacking and unloading are carried out outside the tunnel kiln, which makes good working condition for workers. Tunnel kiln is a firing kiln and the temperature of kiln walls and roof is constant with stable heat source.

2. Kiln width: 6.9m
    Using once brick setting system, and the kiln size is: 144.25x6.9x1.23m
    Capacity: 45,000,000 pcs
3. Kiln width: 6.9m
    Using twice brick setting system, and the kiln size is: 144.25x6.9x1.62m
    Capacity: 60,000,000 pcs
4. Kiln width: 9.2m
    Using once brick setting system, and the kiln size is: 144.25x9.2x1.23m
    Capacity: 60,000,000 pcs
