The brick extruder JKB is a two-stage vacuum brick strips forming and extruding machine which is mainly used to make clay strips that can be cut into green bricks by strip cutter in the next step.

The brick extruder JKB uses different materials such as  pure gangue, pure shale, coal ash, clay and so on to produce various bricks such as common bricks, solid bricks and hollow bricks of different types. It is an ideal equipment with the capacity of  5,000-20,000 standard bricks/h.

The brick extruder JKB is made of carbon steel and alloy steel, good quality. Heat treament, welding stress eliminated, large extrusion pressure, low energy consumption, high output, easy maintenance. The main parts of machine,such as the main axle, gear and vacuum chamber, have passed the aging, quenching and tempering process. The brick extruder JKB has rational design, compact structure,smooth operation, can greatly reduce the consumption power by vibration in equipment operation process. The advanced process technics for making so as to  reduce the work noise, also has the features of high speed, less impact and good continuity. It is fully automatic controlled by pneumatic or electric clutch. The reduce surface is hardened so as to prolong machine service life and make enough pressure.
